1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing or using the WashWell SA website ([https://laundry.focusednet.com/]) (“the Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. Description of Service WashWell SA is a classifieds and directory platform (“Service”) that connects users seeking laundry services and products (“Users”) with businesses that provide them (“Listers”). We also provide a “Booking” feature to facilitate appointments.

3. User Accounts and Listings

  • Accuracy: You are responsible for all information provided in your user account or business listing. All information must be accurate, current, and not misleading.
  • Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account.
  • Prohibited Content: You may not post content that is illegal, fraudulent, obscene, infringing on intellectual property, or unrelated to the South African laundry industry.
  • Right to Remove: We reserve the right to reject or remove any listing or user account for any reason, at our sole discretion.

4. Paid Services and WooCommerce Plans

  • Fees: Listers may purchase enhanced listing packages (“Plans”). All fees are as stated on the Site and are payable in South African Rand (ZAR).
  • Payment: We use WooCommerce and a third-party payment gateway to process payments.
  • No Refunds: All payments for listing Plans are final and non-refundable, except as required by the Consumer Protection Act (CPA).
  • Term: Plans are valid for the duration specified at the time of purchase.

5. User-Generated Content (Listings, FAQs, “Post Your Need”)

  • License: By posting content (text, photos, data) on the Site, you grant WashWell SA a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute that content in connection with the Service.
  • Responsibility: You are solely responsible for your content and for any legal claims arising from it.

6. “Claim Listing” Feature Business owners may “claim” an existing listing. We reserve the right to require proof of business ownership or affiliation before granting a claim. You warrant that you are the authorized representative of the business you are claiming.

7. “Booking” Feature

  • Facilitator Only: The booking feature is provided as a convenience to connect Users with Listers. WashWell SA is not a party to any service agreement or transaction made between the User and the Lister.
  • No Guarantee: We do not guarantee the Lister’s availability, the quality of their service, or that a booking will be honoured.
  • Disputes: Any dispute, (e.g., a missed appointment, poor service, or payment issues) is strictly between the User and the Lister.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties The Site is provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties. We do not warrant that the information on the Site is accurate, complete, or reliable. We are not responsible for the conduct, products, or services of any Lister.

9. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, WashWell SA (and its owners) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, or goodwill, arising from:

  • (a) your use of the Site;
  • (b) any service provided by a Lister;
  • (c) any conduct or content of any third party on the Site.

10. Intellectual Property The WashWell SA name, logo, and all content on the Site (excluding user-generated content) are the property of WashWell SA.

11. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa.

12. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you by posting the updated terms on this page. Your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
